Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the U.S. Rolandas Kri\u0161\u010di\u016bnas is looking forward greeting all of you October 19th<\/sup>, Saturday at Columbia Heights Educational Campus, 3101 16th Street NW, Washington, DC 20010.<\/b><\/p>\n

Thank you for those who already send the list of all players from your rosters with their jersey numbers. \u00a0IMPORTANT<\/b> – We are still waiting for the information from some of you (Embassy of Germany, Washington DC \u201cV\u0117jas\u201d, United Latvian Estonian Team, United \u201eJoni\u0161kio \u017diemgala”<\/i>) – I would appreciate if you could send updated information to tadas.kubilius@urm.lt<\/a> and Neringa.MILIAUSKAITE@urm.lt<\/a> as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Share this Waiver Form with your teammates, it must be printed and signed by all participants of the tournament (please bring signed forms to the tournament).<\/u><\/b><\/u><\/p>\n
